Created to celebrate the 2026 Year of the Horse, this extraordinary numbered collector’s cup features a richly layered Hundred Flower glaze with remarkable color, depth and movement.
Across the exterior, large copper and rose-colored crystalline blooms emerge through dark branching patterns, shifting into burgundy, violet and champagne-gold as the light moves across the surface. The interior offers a deeper interpretation of the glaze, with warm copper blooms surrounding a glossy dark center and subtle iridescent highlights appearing under direct light.
Measuring approximately 5 inches across and 3 inches tall, this is an unusually large and substantial cup with the presence of a small ceremonial bowl. The unglazed base is engraved with a running horse, the year 2026 and its individual number, 03.
