Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Custom and made-to-order products may require additional time, which will be stated in the product listing or communicated before the order is completed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage is our standard shipping service. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Please contact kansaswoodshop@gmail.com before ordering if you need expedited delivery so we can confirm the available service and cost.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow the carrier additional time to complete delivery. If tracking shows the package as delivered but it cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier office before contacting us.

We will assist with eligible carrier claims, but we are not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied with the order.

Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at kansaswoodshop@gmail.com. Please include photographs of the item, shipping box, shipping label, and all packing materials. Keep the item and packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the carrier may require them for a claim.
